CANCELLATIONS

Appointments cancelled within 3 hours of your appointment time will result in a $25 fee to the card on file.

RESCHEDULES

Calling to reschedule your appointment within 3 hours of your appointment time is considered a cancellation and will be charged $25.

NO-SHOW

No show/no call will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.

​

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate you, you will be charged the no show fee.

REFUNDS

All tanning services, memberships, packages and retail products are non-refundable

BOOKINGS

All bookings must be done online or over the phone. We do not book appointments or take cancellations via text, email or social media.
